VideoGameWizard
Video Game WizardA game engine that begins with language

Describe a world.
Play what appears.

Intent
Listening

Behind you: a world generated by our deterministic demonstration engine and played by the real VideoGameWizard runtime. Inside the Wizard, the same pipeline is driven by production AI.

From sentence to universe

Your imagination is the specification.

You write what should exist. The Wizard sequences it into structure, forges a world around it, and seals a playable build — in one continuous motion.

01 — INTENT
Say what should exist

A paragraph is enough. A moon, a colony, a spreading organism. Tone, camera, danger, mercy — every word becomes a constraint the Wizard honours.

02 — GAME DNA · WORLD FORGE
Structure, then reality

Intent becomes Game DNA — a validated genome of loops, mechanics, enemies, quests, art and sound. The Forge compiles it into terrain, systems and a sealed Reality Build.

03 — PLAY · DIRECT · OWN
Play it. Change it. Keep it.

Press Play inside the Wizard. Issue a Directive — “make gravity weaker”, “turn this forest into permanent twilight” — review the change, apply it. Every step becomes an Echo you can return to.

Game DNA

Not a document. A genome.

Every generated game is a structured, schema-validated specification — editable field by field. Change the difficulty, rename the villain, rewrite the win condition, regenerate what depends on it. Nothing is prose the engine merely hopes to interpret.

01
Loops & mechanics

Primary loop, secondary loops, movement, combat, survival stats, progression curves and difficulty thresholds.

02
World & systems

Biomes, structures placed relative to spawn, spawn rules, quests, dialogue, inventory and economy.

03
Art & audio direction

Palettes, lighting, weather, parallax depth and an original generative score synthesised at play time.

04
Runtime parameters

Perspective, world scale, deterministic seed — the same DNA always compiles to the same reality.

Generated worlds

Build worlds, not prototypes.

Six intents, six realities — mapped live from compiled world data by the same compiler the runtime plays. Demonstration worlds from our simulation engine; nothing here is a customer's work.

Planetary survival
A survival game on a frozen moon where an organism spreads beneath the ice of a mining colony.
Noir megacity
A noir investigation through a rain-soaked megacity where every informant is lying.
Abyssal reef
An underwater civilization exploring the reef at the edge of the abyss.
Volcanic foundry
An arcade action game inside an obsidian foundry where ember hounds hunt in packs.
Biological dreamscape
A surreal dream world of impossible gravity where memory prisms drift between inverted gardens.
Sunken desert vault
An exploration adventure across scorched dunes toward a buried vault guarded by glass sentinels.
Ownership

What you make is yours.

VideoGameWizard is built for creators shipping commercial games, not for collecting prompts. Your worlds, your Game DNA, your builds — exportable, publishable, versioned.

Commercial rights
You retain commercial rights to the original projects and assets generated for you, subject to third-party model provider terms.
Web build export
Download a self-contained web build — runtime, compiled world, Game DNA and project source — that runs from any static host. Desktop and console packaging are on the roadmap, not in the box today.
Publishing
Publish a Reality Build to a hosted, playable page with cover, description and version. Unpublish any time.
Echoes
Every forge, directive and rollback is an immutable revision with provenance. Nothing you made is ever overwritten.
Safe by design
Generated games are data, never code. The runtime interprets validated definitions inside the browser — no generated script ever touches a server.
Plans

One decision, then worlds.

Membership is paid, monthly, through PayPal. There is no free tier — the Wizard is for people who intend to ship.
