Terms of Service

These terms are a working draft prepared for legal review. They describe the intended commercial arrangement between VideoGameWizard and its members and are not yet a final, binding legal document.

1. Membership

VideoGameWizard is a paid service billed monthly through PayPal on the Creator ($20), Pro ($40) or Studio ($100) plan. An account can only be created after a subscription is verified. Cancelling a subscription ends generation features at the end of the paid period while sign-in, export and billing management remain available.

2. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the descriptions you provide and, to the extent permitted by law and by the terms of any third-party model providers used during generation, the commercial rights to the original projects, Game DNA, builds and assets generated for you. VideoGameWizard claims no ownership of your worlds. You are responsible for ensuring your intent and uploads do not infringe third-party rights.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to produce unlawful content, to infringe intellectual property (including copyrighted franchises and characters), or to attack the platform. Uploads are validated and may be removed if they violate these terms.

4. Usage allowances

Each plan includes monthly allowances for World Forge runs, Directives, builds, asset generations, worlds, publications and storage. Reaching an allowance pauses new generation until the next period or an upgrade; existing work is never deleted because of an allowance.

5. Availability and changes

Generated results vary and are not guaranteed to be complete, balanced or fit for a particular purpose. We may change model providers, features and allowances with notice. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoGameWizard's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. This section is subject to legal review for your jurisdiction.
